LB brings over 15 years of experience in digital communications and technology experience to Email Industries, where she will be responsible for continuing to develop the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Before merging her practice into Email Industries, LB ran a top-rated email deliverability and analytics firm after working for IBM Marketing Cloud, ClickDimensions, and State Farm. She later joined 250ok (acquired by Validity 2020), where she provided dedicated service for many of the company’s Fortune 100 clients.
LB is a frequent speaker at email marketing events. In her talks, she distills sought-after technical and strategic expertise into practical advice and actionable steps, with a focus on educating marketers and technical teams about the messaging ecosystem they must operate in to deliver messages to the inbox.
