Compensation

  • $60,000 base ($80,000-$90,000 OTE)

You Are

  • Familiar with the email marketing industry
  • Competitive and entrepreneurial
  • Comfortable using technology and technical terminology
  • Organized, thoughtful, disciplined, and resourceful
  • Able to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Able to work well under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of our prospect’s business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.
  • Collaborate with sales team leads to identify prospective customers
  • Compile lists of potential leads.
  • Make cold calls, write emails, and use other social strategies to contact prospective clients.
  • Work to qualify leads at various stages of the sales cycle
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends to leadership.
  • Work with sales advisors to schedule discovery calls or demos of our solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • US-based and able to work Eastern time (M-F, 9-5)
  • Six months of experience in sales or lead generation
  • Solid understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Stellar time management and organization skills

Hiring Process (two weeks):

  1. Highly qualified candidates will interview with the Sales Team Lead (Zoom, 30 mins)
  2. Further qualified candidates will meet with other select team leads in a group call (Zoom, 30 mins)
  3. Final Interviews with CEO (Zoom, 60 mins)
  4. Offer letter
  5. Onboarded
